Yoga taught me to accept and love myself so as I am, and I learned the importance of self-care and creating small rituals in my everyday life to nourish my soul. Rituals, like cacao, sound bath or massage with essential oils help us pause and rest and they offer us something wonderful to look forward to throughout the day.
